(10) When You Decide To Join Tianshi

Should you decide to join Tianshi, or should you need to know more about Tianshi, please feel free to contact the person who linked you to this site. He or she is your sponsor.When registering with Tianshi, you will be required to enter your sponsor's particulars in your registration form.

You can obtain the registration form either from your sponsor or from the specialty shop where you have chosen to register. (A list of Tianshi specialty shops and offices is contained in this site.) The content and the format of the registration form are exactly as shown below. You only need to copy your sponsor's details into the form and complete your own part as the new distributor. Then you can submit the form at your chosen specialty shop with the registration fee of N2,700 (or the equivalent of 20 points in your local currency).

Immediately upon registration, you will be issued with the Tianshi business starter kit and you will automatically become a star 1 distributor. The kit consists of your ID card, the Tianshi business manual, a brochure of Tianshi healthcare products and other relevant materials.

In the space for your sponsor’s signature you may simply write his or her name and that will be enough. And, before submitting the completed form for processing, please cross-check to be very sure that the entries are correct, especially your sponsor’s details. Also, ensure that your computerized ID number is copied correctly from your ID card onto your registration form.
