It is not a requirement to hawk. However, some people choose to hawk, usually because they are anxious to reap the financial rewards of Tianshi but do not have the money to buy and use the products for themselves. There are lots of instances where those who do not hawk have grown even faster in Tianshi than those who do. You had better think more about introducing people than worry about hawking.
